Our training workshops are tailored to the needs of all levels of users, from entry level to advanced. Emphasys continues to offer timely support as your organization progresses to using the full functionality of our powerful systems.

Onsite Training

Onsite Training will address installation and upgrade issues (including the conversion to Windows), default set up parameters, and data entry/verification of the various investments. We will also review daily, weekly, month-end and fiscal year-end reporting procedures, including report printing and analysis. Additional training is available as necessary to address any other issues.

Onsite training topics include:

  • Initialization of portfolios
  • System design of investment numbering, default settings
  • Review of Institution database setup (including Issuers, Dealers & Safekeeping)
  • Addition of each type of investment
  • Review of menu options
  • Report printing and review
  • Backup procedures
  • Printer setup and configuration with SymPro
